Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the standard quality of products by inspecting output mother roll, baby roll and FG using lab equipment's.
∎ Create standards and specifications for different grade of tissue/paper products.
∎ Ensure the incoming raw materials (Pulp, Paper Chemicals & Local Wastage) and packing materials meets the quality standard.
∎ Ensure the final quality checking of outgoing FG & SFG materials.
∎ Evaluate the TDS for softwood and hardwood pulp against their specifications like brightness, dirt count, fiber length, freeness, tensile index, burst index, tear index, bulk, opacity & ph.
∎ Calculate the freeness & deduction against standard/acceptable moister through air dry calculation while receiving the local/foreign raw.
∎ Keep record in SAP of all the quality parameters during daily basis production.
∎ Ensure ETP discharge water as per environment quality standard and also maintain testing procedures and requirements of the government.
∎ Responsible for Boiler Feed Water & WTP also environmental & chemical Management and follow up the chemical compliance issues of the Plant.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in Tissue Manufacturing candidate will get preference.
