Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Diploma in Engineering in Chemical Technical/Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Chemical Management, Chemical Property, Textile chemical lab
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chemical Management, Chemical Property, textile chemical
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform R&D and formulation for receipe, dosing ratio, quality chemical, chemical consumption, color preparation etc.
∎ Capability of chemical mixing as per Receipe, test and analyse the chemical component.
∎ Proper utilization of machine and manpower and ensuring chemical dosing based on the approved recipe.
∎ Reduce dyeing costs by analyzing recipes & using chemicals in a proper way.
∎ Handling critical fabrics dyeing & new styles by giving proper technical decisions in an effective way to increase productivity & achieve the required quality in bulk.
∎ Sound knowledge on technical, chemical and fabric.
∎ Test products before, during, and after production.
∎ Conduct various analytical QC testing procedures as per manufacturing/QC requirements and prepare analytical report.
∎ Research for developing products, testing procedures and innovative solutions for products and process.
∎ Do controlling of laboratory reagents & prepared working standard with proper documentation.
∎ To carry out Chemical testing work, ensuring both quality of test sample, and timely data reporting to the Lab Manager.
∎ Develop the team to ensure their complete capability for performance testing, making and data analysis and application of receipe formulation.
∎ Accurate documentation of lab results and technical information.
∎ Oversee all necessary testing is carried out both pre-production and post-production.
∎ As per requirements of production department responsible for all kinds of dozing properly also supervise and take necessary measures as required chemicals per shift.
∎ Maintain Chemical consumption register for accountability.
∎ Should familiar with the ERP system.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Factory Management.
