Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Senior Business Development Executive (Sales and Marketing) will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the power and electrical industry, with a focus on transformers and related electrical products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of transformer products, the electrical distribution and power sector, and be capable of building long-term relationships with EPC contractors, utility companies, government agencies, and industrial clients.
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the transformer and substation sector.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients such as industrial companies, government utilities (e.g., PDB, DPDC), real estate developers, and contractors.
∎ Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
∎ Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate product specifications and delivery timelines.
∎ Attend industry exhibitions, seminars, and events to promote the brand and products.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
∎ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
∎ Monitor project execution and provide after-sales support.
