Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Analyst shall be able to grab the business idea of Entrepreneurs or Senior Management. S/he shall do the initial screening of the business idea, initial feasibility study on the existing/new platform, document it and translate it for the technical personnel.
∎ Analyze metrics to continually improve company products.
∎ Business Analyst shall conduct market analysis including but not limited to competitor analysis of relevant portfolio.
∎ Shall work closely with business unit to generate yearly, quarterly business plan.
∎ Shall identify the opportunities and ultimately provide solutions that will help to achieve the business goals.
∎ Forecasting, budgeting, and performing both variance analysis and financial analysis.
∎ Relationship buildup with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Must translate the feasible business idea to technical documentation agreeable to the technical team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 8 years of working experience in business analyst/pre-sales/product management role in software industry.
∎ At least 5 years of working experience in software technical documentation and presentation independently.
