Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dealing with Government Officials, EGP Tendering Expert, Should have knowledge of Govt. tender process, tender documentation, Tender Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and monitor in-house business analyst team.
∎ Prepare and writing documentation for the tender requirements both hardware and software.
∎ Research, propose, and implement documentation for government, semi-government, UN and NGO projects.
∎ Maintain a record of all corrections and revisions to documentation.
∎ Maintain CRM and build potential pipeline.
∎ Initiate improvements in documentation.
∎ Display consistent and advanced time-management ability.
∎ Standardize organizational documentation.
∎ Develop, gather, and disseminate technical information.
∎ Prepare different architectural diagram required for the tenders.
∎ Manage multiple projects with revolving deadlines.
∎ Meet all related release and documentation deadlines.
∎ Prepare documentation on the software inception report & SRS Report.
∎ Attend pre-bid and other meetings.
∎ May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by the Management/CEO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years of full-time work experience directly related to developing technical and/or software product information.
∎ Proficient command of English is a must.
∎ Ability to comprehend, assimilate and document numerous software applications, hardware functionality, and software/hardware integration independently.
∎ Excellent writing skills.
∎ Ability to edit, proofread and implement in-line changes.
∎ Ability to work on government, a2i & UN, NGOs Tender.
∎ Advanced understanding of technical writing conventions.
∎ Ability to comprehend and clearly communicate complex technical data.
∎ Advanced documentation layout and formatting skills.
∎ Highly motivated, independent individual.
∎ Ability to lead the business analyst team.
