Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop marketing strategy, budget and promotional activities for the assigned brands.
∎ Prepare & allocate promotional materials as per plan.
∎ Monitor new products development and launching activities.
∎ Prepare quarterly brand strategies and tactics for field force and ensure execution in the marketplace.
∎ Analyze brand performance and implement monthly action plans for field force.
∎ Communicate and train field force to enhance their performance to achieve targets.
∎ Manage good relationship with key customers, identifying their needs, preferences and ensure timely support.
