LEC Abroad Limited is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officer to support our student recruitment, partnership expansion, and overall business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational partners, and actively pursue new partnerships

• Negotiate agreements and collaborations with partner institutions to ensure long-term engagement

• Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Counsel prospective clients about the company’s services and guide them through relevant opportunities

• Manage inquiries through phone, email, social media, and in-person visits, ensuring timely and accurate responses

• Represent the company at seminars, workshops, and promotional events, and organize or assist in conducting such activities

• Follow up with leads and maintain a steady pipeline to ensure high conversion rates

• Monitor competitor activities—including services, pricing, and outreach strategies—to identify opportunities for growth

• Prepare regular reports on business growth, client engagement, and market insights to support decision-making

• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and optimize processes

• Support the team with additional operational, administrative, and strategic tasks as required

Additional Information

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development (experience in education consultancy preferred)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Good presentation skills and confidence in client interactions

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace

• Non-smokers only (Smokers need not apply)
