Dump truck operations & load management, Daily route planning, Trips, Efficiency, Basic knowledge of mechanical issues & preventive maintenance, GPS tracking, trip logs, and fleet management systems, traffic laws, Supervising drivers, helpers, and loaders, Duty roster management.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Dump Truck Supervisor to oversee daily dump truck operations at project sites. The role involves supervising drivers, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of materials, maintaining discipline, and coordinating with site management to meet operational targets.

• Responsible for control and recruitment of the dump truck driver and helper.

• Responsible for preparing the daily dump truck schedule as per senior authority instructions.

• Responsible for selecting the route and Monitor load capacity, fuel consumption, and vehicle efficiency

• Responsible for preparing and delivering the dump truck staff food bill, toll bill, fuel cost, and other bills to the head office after every project’s completion.

• Responsible for making dump truck physical condition reports after finishing every trip.

• Ensure timely cleanliness, maintenance, fitness, insurance, and permit renewal of vehicles.

• Responsible for monitoring & reviewing the accountability, records, and documentation of all dump trucks.

• Responsible for work as per instructions from the head office.

• Ensure compliance with safety rules, traffic laws, and site regulations

• Maintain daily trip sheets, logbooks, and movement reports

• Manage driver attendance, discipline, and duty rosters

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for drivers

• Investigate and report accidents, damages, or operational issues

• Ensure smooth material transportation without delay or misuse
