About the Role

HealthOS Limited is looking for a motivated and organized Delivery Coordinator to guide our delivery team and ensure smooth, timely, and safe delivery of products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems in the field, and helping a team grow through training and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise delivery staff to ensure all products reach customers on time and in good condition.

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes, helping the team expand service coverage and work more efficiently.

• Visit field locations to solve delivery issues, support team members, and make sure customers receive excellent service.

• Keep accurate records of deliveries, stock, safety checks, and cash collections, ensuring everything is done on time.

• Support sales growth by guiding delivery personnel to understand sales processes and training them to generate more orders during their routes.

• Train and motivate delivery staff, helping them improve their skills and follow company procedures.

• Perform other duties as required by the company.
