Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor all operational activities of the Hub, and directly report to the Last Mile Lead.
Allocate riders to a specific zone for a better delivery plan and an optimised delivery route for each rider.
Ensure accurate daily cash collection and timely next-day bank deposit.
Monitor the Hub Dashboard for smooth delivery.
Monitor the hub delivery success rate and work on improvement.
Maintain vehicle-related issues.
