Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and cook authentic Chinese & Italian dishes (rice, noodles, soups, seafood, chicken, beef, etc.).
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all menu items.
Plan and develop new Chinese dishes.
Ensure proper hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Monitor inventory of ingredients and assist in purchasing kitchen supplies.
Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
