• Knowledge of import-export procedures, documentation, and customs regulations

• Familiarity with air and sea cargo operationsStrong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNF Executive/Officer to manage import and export shipments via airports and seaports. The role involves coordinating logistics, handling documentation, customs clearance, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate import and export shipments via airports and seaports

Prepare, verify, and manage all shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and airway bills

Liaise with customs authorities, port/airport officials, shipping lines, and freight forwarders

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery, resolving logistical issues as they arise

Handle customs clearance, duties, and compliance with import/export regulations

Negotiate freight rates and coordinate with carriers for cost optimization

Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and clearance procedures

Provide regular updates to clients and management regarding shipment status

Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company policies
