∎ Masters/Bachelor in any discipline preferably science background.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of assigned area and territory.
∎ Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
∎ Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets
∎ Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
∎ Ensuring the proper utilization of the resources through team members
∎ Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 08 - 12 years' working experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
∎ Minimum 03 years' working experience as First Line Sales Manager.
∎ Strong computer skills; time-management, organizational and planning skills
∎ Proven high-level sales, sales management, and marketing skills
∎ Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence KOLs
∎ Strong written/verbal communication, relationship management skills, and attention to detail
