• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is an advantage).

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in 3DS MAX, Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools such as SketchUp or Lumion.
• Strong expertise in BOQs (Bill of Quantities) preparation and management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and local building regulations.
• Experience with rendering engines like V-Ray or Corona Renderer is a plus.

Job Summary:

Space Esse is seeking a Senior Architect with at least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project execution. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in 3DS MAX, Revit, and other design software, alongside a strong ability to prepare and manage BOQs (Bill of Quantities). This role involves leading projects from concept to completion with creativity and technical precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes from initial concepts to final delivery
• .Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) with precision, meeting project requirements and budgets.
• Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings using 3DS MAX, Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including clients, consultants, and contractors, for seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring alignment with design and quality standards.
• Innovate and explore new design solutions, materials, and trends to maintain cutting-edge practices.
• Provide mentorship to junior architects and contribute to team development.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project timelines.
