• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

* Extensive/through knowledge on project detailing (Must-have requirement)

* Prepare design concept, plan, elevation, detailed & working drawing.

* 3D visualization with Proficiency in visual presentation and production drawing.

* Need to have comprehensive knowledge of RAJUK, Cantonment Board, City Corporation and other rules and regulations

* Prepare presentation/ technical proposal to respective clients for approval.

* Detailing of any layout/ design for proper estimation as well as execution.

* Follow up the project execution on regular basis (visit worksites to ensure that construction adheres to Architectural plans).

* Strong knowledge in the use of AI.

* Full membership with the IAB will be prioritized.

* Any other tasks assigned by management.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Project Leadership: Author comprehensive project briefs and lead design management to ensure all deliverables meet rigorous deadlines.

* End-to-End Execution: Independently steer projects from initial conceptualization through to high-detail construction documentation.

* Design Optimization: Critically analyze architectural drawings to add value, improve functionality, and enhance design quality.

* Technical Oversight: Perform on-site inspections to guarantee construction aligns perfectly with approved designs.

* Multidisciplinary Coordination: Act as the primary liaison to resolve complex design conflicts across Structural, MEP, Electrical, and Facade disciplines.

* Strategic Growth: Develop and implement innovative architectural standards and policies to drive departmental efficiency and reduce costs.

* Feasibility & Research: Evaluate project viability by analyzing market trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging construction technologies.
