As part of our growing operations, ARQITEQT STUDIO is looking for experienced and responsible professionals to join our team.

Position 01: Senior Architect / Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Client meetings and project presentations

• Interior space planning and furniture layout

• Preparation of 2D drawings and 3D visualizations

• Working drawings and execution detailing

• Project coordination with clients, vendors, and site teams

• Design supervision and quality control

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion or similar software

• Ability to handle clients professionally

• Practical experience in residential and commercial interior projects

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Position 02: Site Supervisor (Interior Execution)

Responsibilities:

• Complete site supervision from project start to handover

• Managing labor teams, contractors, and vendors

• Material planning, quantity estimation, and procurement coordination

• Ensuring execution quality as per approved drawings

• Client communication and progress reporting

• Maintaining project timeline and site discipline

• Solving on-site execution challenges efficiently

Requirements:

• Practical experience in Interior Fit-Out / Interior Execution

• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, lighting, and site work

• Ability to read and understand drawings

• Experience in dealing with clients, vendors, and labor teams

• Capability to independently manage and deliver projects

Preference will be given to candidates who have successfully completed and handed over interior projects.

Salary: Negotiable (Starting from BDT 15,000+)
