Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecasting Monthly/Periodic Budget and Prepare Periodic Financial Statements.
∎ Accomplish summarization, cost allocation and posting to the General and Subsidiary Ledger.
∎ Ensure the preparation of day to day Voucher & Posting of Cash, Ledger and Subsidiary Ledger.
∎ Fund collection, Deposit to Bank, Prepare Debit Credit journal & transfer voucher.
∎ Ensure Daily closing Cash Balance & Deposit to Bank.
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet, ensure collect approval from HO & timely delivery to staff.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Financial Planning, Inventory & Asset management & Internal Control System.
∎ Ensure Financial Administrative & Govt. Rules issue of whole Institution.
∎ Done all types of procurement in proper way of Kishoreganj Eye Hospital (KEH).
∎ Ensure Inventory Management in proper way of Kishoreganj Eye Hospital (KEH)..
∎ Strong analytical skills, independent working ability to perform all the relevant duties, accustomed a modern accounting system.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Office Administration, Accounts, VAT & Tax, Cash Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Medical site/ Store, Hospital Management, NGOs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Five years' experience in relevant field under NGO.
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of modern Accounts & Financial Management.
∎ The incumbent should be capable of maintaining/handling the entire Accounts of
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Computer and Accounting software skills (Microsoft Office/Excel is a must)
∎ Good on excel work and reporting
