Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selection contract grower for quality Hybrid Rice seed production as per production programme.
∎ Visit the field frequently to check if there is any anomaly in the field.
∎ Ensure all kinds of Hybrid Rice Seed production Management and expert about Hybrid seed production technology.
∎ Ensure production target achievement as per Budget.
∎ Daily, Weekly, Monthly report prepared & submitted.
∎ Implement trials for identifying the performance of different inputs like planting materials, fertilizers, pesticides etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 6 Year(s) Experience in Seed production (Hybrid Rice)
Salary: Negotiable
