Factory Security, Retired Armed Forces, Safety and Security Management, Security Incharge

Security Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the safety of the organization's personnel and assets.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and make recommendations to mitigate identified risks
∎ Plan and coordinate security measures, including the selection of security systems, and security equipment
∎ Monitor and respond to security breaches, including alarms and intrusions
∎ Maintain an accurate record of all security-related incidents and prepare reports as required
∎ Train and educate employees on security procedures and best practices.
∎ Provide personal protection for dignitaries and VIP guests while maintaining confidentiality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Army/Navy person will be given preference.
∎ At least 10 years of experience in security management.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Sound knowledge of security protocols and procedures
∎ Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in high-pressure situations
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Need to be detail-oriented and able to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
∎ Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights and weekends
∎ Having good computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, data analysis, data visualization, and database management would be an advantage.
