∎ SSC/HSC/Graduation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to Security In-charge and receiving verbal and written direction and instructions.
∎ Establishing high-quality security system for company, arranging and monitoring security guard's job, ensuring safety of personnel, assets and information properly.
∎ Ensuring periodical inspection of all equipment related to safety and security at gate.
∎ Keeping track of all the tools, small machineries, equipment or other products that has been taken out of factory with authorized gate pass till it returns in factory. Sending weekly & monthly report to concern In-charge.
∎ Using modern security tools to improve security guard's efficiency and performance.
∎ Preparing training calendar for subordinates and implement on time.
∎ Checking and monitoring duties of security guards and ensuring placement of guards as per duty requirements.
∎ Remaining vigilant at the Factory Gate and/or Other required places.
∎ Maintaining Register of visitors, Equipment, Products and Other required matters and/or things.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Height: 5 feet 6 Inches
∎ Candidate must have computer skill both in MS Word and MS Excel.
∎ Capability to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles.
∎ Knowledge of security procedures and practices.
∎ Skilled in both verbal and written communication.
∎ Skilled in observing situations and decision making.
∎ Retired Army/NAVY/BAF personnel will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
