Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary
To oversee the daily security operations, manage the security team, and ensure effective implementation of safety and security policies across all facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise Security Officers/Guards and assign duty rosters.
Inspect posts and monitor the performance of security personnel.
Ensure compliance with all security protocols and administrative instructions.
Conduct regular security audits of gates, boundaries, warehouses, and offices.
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports for management.
Train and motivate security staff to enhance professionalism and discipline.
Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies during emergencies.
Support management in fire safety drills, emergency evacuation, and crisis management.
Establish effective communication with local representatives and media personnel and ensure the overall security of the project.
