The Company is urgently looking for deserving candidates for the Role of Security Officer for the supervision of security operations, security issues and safeguarding of assets, personnel, customers, tenants, visitors and other people and property on our grounds. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a security officer, as well as training in self-defense and first aid. Candidate will have a sharp eye with quick re-action time in detection of any suspicious or criminal behavior and prevention of theft or vandalism. Job Grade: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager on the basis of experience and competency level.
• Job Location: Head Office, Gulshan, Dhaka.
• Job Responsibility:
• To lead, supervise and ensure the duties of Security personnel of the Organization.
• To monitor and control the security operations for the Organization with security standards.
• Meet security rules and eliminate all hazards and threats to ensure safety of the premises and showrooms.
• To ensure and preserve an environment where employees, visitors and property are protected.
• Assist in implementing security policies, regulations, rules and norms and ensure the implementing security protocols.
• Responsible for arranging and conducting training for the security guards and developing them to play their roles & responsibilities efficiently to protect the wealth.
• Prepare the security guards` roster duty schedule to utilize the maximum number of security personnel.
• Ensure regular checking of all materials with challan and endorsing in the register at the time of entry and exit of the factory.
• Understand showroom needs and develop site security activity plan and execute it properly.
• To maintain contact with the local police station, fire service office and other necessary utility service providers when any emergency arises internally or externally.
• Handle, prepare and maintain the security documents and register as per guidelines for any kind of security inspection and audit purposes.
• Deal with incidents or emergencies like natural disasters or terrorist attacks, theft as required. Prepare reports for management on security status.
• Perform any other work as and when required by the management.
