Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Age 27 to 50 years
• Only Male

1. Must have motor bike and driving license

2. Basic speaking and writing skill in English

· Visiting all site in the area of responsibility on regular basis as per the site Visiting Plan to check whether customer requirements are met.

·Monitoring of documentation control at site to check whether those are in place and had been maintained as per the organizations and customer’s requirement.

· Collection of Shift record and handing over the same to salary department ensuring accurate hour had been entered and approval obtained from Operations manager.

· Ensure to collect stationeries and other miscellanies item such as Umbrellas, Torch etc and issue item to the sites under control and maintain records of the same.

· Collecting official letters and deliver them to respective customers.

· Visiting Boarding house periodically and monitor any building maintenance defect and check employees welfare facilities, boarding capacity availability of water electricity and other required facilities.

· Arrange to pay unopened accounts, advances or any other special payments at site.

· Attending to customer complaints and maintain total customer satisfaction.

· Ensure that the performance levels of staff, motivation and teamwork are in place.

· Identify any training needs of the staff and conduct refresher training or refer to Training Officer.

·Ensure collection of customer satisfaction survey report/comments and hand over it to head office while assuring corrective action take necessary measures on given score 1 or 2.

·Ensure to collect competitors detail quarterly and hand over them to Marketing Department.

·  Conduct Site Review Meetings Periodically to identify Service problems and provide Solutions or inform management for further action.

· Attending to any special duty required by the management at any item.

·  Any other instructions / duties / responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time not mentioned in this.

·  Marketing and image building in the area of responsibility.
