Educational Requirements:
∎ [Essential] Bachelor Degree in Any Discipline.
∎ [Preferred] Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in related Field.
∎ [Desirable] Certification in security/emergency management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advisor/ Consultant, Supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Security Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out security risk assessment quarterly and on major context change with guidance of Director - CS and support of field security affairs.
∎ Country risk ratings ground work and documentation.
∎ Conduct core security requirement gap analysis and ensure implementation at all the designed security zones (DSZs) and National Office.
∎ Provide input and support to management in security incident (Crisis management).
∎ Conduct security investigations on policy violations and security standards with reference to core security requirements for all WV Bangladesh offices and staffs; including periodic review.
∎ Manage and provide effective cooperation to the regional security team and administrative supervision in accordance with organizational service rules and departmental charter.
∎ Ensure that all security business recovery/contingency plans and /or procedures and developed, implemented and tested.
∎ Develop and maintain visitor management system and standard - including visit risk vetting, advising Director - CS on security clearance, providing/arranging visitor security briefing, preparing visit security plan and guide.
∎ Act as the incident manager for any security incident at offices/field Operations and lead in incident management and also manage the incident escalations system.
∎ Provide high level analytic oversight of the security risk rating (CRR) process in coordination with operations.
∎ Spread head opens source data collection, context monitoring and social media for continuous strategic and situational threat awareness.
∎ Prepare annual capacity building plan based on training needs analysis and design a training calendar.
∎ Ensure devise mechanism for coordination between the private security agency and office/building association administration to optimize and services.
∎ Develop and apply methodology and tools to assess the performance of the Guards/services.
∎ Represent security on any relevant work groups - internal and external.
∎ Ensure that all security incidents are reported in accordance with WV security policy at the integrated incident management (IIM).
∎ Maintain security database - security policies, assessments, plans and other important files.

∎ Proven management and leadership ability.
∎ Good time management and organization skills.
∎ Proven experience as team player.
∎ Demonstrated collaboration skill.
∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ 30% Work travel is expected.
∎ Able to undertake tasking at short notice with due regard to the security environment.
∎ Able to work effectively and efficiently.
∎ Must exercise a strong work ethic and take responsibility for his/her own action.
