∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience as a Security Officer in a reputed 100% export-oriented Garments Factory will be given preference.
∎ Retd. army personnel (Warrant Officer/ Senior Warrant Officer or similar ranked) is highly desirable.
∎ Be capable of handling and monitoring CCTV Cameras and other surveillance devices for ensuring security.
∎ Must have experience and be capable of handling C-TPAT independently.
∎ Must have good Communication skills both in Bangla & English.
∎ Must have good Leadership skill to lead the security team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain personal ties with the guards and supervisor, coordinate with intelligence by maintaining equality while preparing duty roster for security staff and confirm their duties are as duty roster.
∎ Monitor the guards and intelligence on every floor so that nobody can illegally take any goods from the factory.
∎ After the shipment arrives, ensure that the supervisor/guard have checked the car correctly according to 7 points.
∎ Ensure in/out goods are properly recorded in the registered and gate passes are stored properly.
∎ Special instruction have to take for supervising the guard during the loading of jute/waste goods, so that right weight /scratches are issued and properly recorded in the register.
∎ Being able to stop theft/robbery, pilferage inside and around the factory.
∎ Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of interruption and ensure security of doors, windows and gates.
∎ Monitor, control and manage movement of employees and visitors during entry and exit periods.
∎ Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or remove violations from premises.
∎ Controls traffic by directing drivers in the establishment area.
∎ Communicate with police or other departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or the presence of unauthorized persons.
∎ Prepare reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of authorized persons or unusual occurrences.
∎ Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tempering force when necessary.
∎ Supervise, control and monitor security staffs of the company so that they are not harassed or discriminated.
∎ Maintain an effective security management system by following and keeping proper documents with policy and procedure.
∎ Able to handle CTPAT Audit requirements.
∎ Ensure the security of all types of goods and services in the factory.
