∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
∎ Retired Major or above (Rank) from Bangladesh Armed Forces division is preferred.

Factory Security, Retired Armed Forces, Safety and Security Management, Security Incharge

Security Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as In-charge of security system & responsible for all security related activities in Walton factory premises.
∎ To monitor & supervise all the activities of Security Team in factory.
∎ To conducts periodical training, briefings to Supervisor, Team Leaders & Security Personnel.
∎ To plan to enhance Security system of Walton.
∎ To handle unexpected situations in a calm manner.
∎ To Investigate & report, Security & Safety breaches & follow up for corrective measures.
∎ To ensure smooth traffic flow inside Walton and in all entry & exits.
∎ To manage and provide effective leadership to the security team and ensure that resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work.
∎ To maintain the Security Operations Manual up to date for using by all on site security personnel to cover duties, individual instructions for each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standard, training etc.
∎ To liaison with Govt. Law Enforcement Agencies, Police stations, Defense Ministry etc.
∎ To assist in day-to-day departmental operations as and when required.
∎ To perform any other task assigned by the authority as & when required.
∎ To work as part of a team and interact well with people from different departments of Walton Group.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years proven experience in factory security system.
∎ Strong understanding of Security Management, Zero Trust Security, SOC Operations, network security and risk management based practices and methodologies.
∎ Excellent knowledge of security tools and technologies.
∎ Strong analytic and problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about security risks and issues and take initiative in crisis moment.
∎ Skill in observing situations and decision making.
∎ Knowledge of security procedures and practices.
∎ Proven track record of performing job at CCTV control room, IP network based video surveillance, door access control and intrusion system design and setup.
∎ Good hands in computer.
∎ Able to drive Motorbike.
∎ Self-awareness, Dealing with ambiguity, Relationship building, Future oriented, Courage, Prioritizing, Developing others
∎ Skill in both verbal and written communication.
∎ Strong mind set to work under pressure.
