Job Responsibilities:
∎ To observe the routine work of Security Guards & Security Supervisors.
∎ To create strict discipline among the security personnel.
∎ To prepare duty schedule of all the security personnel.
∎ To arrange and conduct various security related training for the development of Security Guards and Security Supervisors.
∎ To check, maintain and update all the registers that are maintained in the security post.
∎ To detect and prevent offenses on the factory premises.
∎ To report to the management timely regarding any incidents.
∎ To maintain good relation with emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service.
∎ Should have Knowledge about various Security Audit (C-TPAT, WRAP etc)
∎ To tackle all emergency situations when arise.
∎ To have command and control over the security department.
∎ Responsible for organizing the security department.
∎ To take adequate precautionary measures to ensure safety & security of the Men & Materials of the company.
∎ To ensure proper deployment of the security personnel and take care of the internal security.
∎ To keep the higher authority to inform of the overall.
∎ Introduce modern security equipment's.
∎ Daily site & security post visit.
∎ Weekly train up guards.
∎ Related admin works look after.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ex-Army personnel (non commissioned officer) up to the rank of WO are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate should be hard working, proactive and possess very good physique.
