Experience:
Bachelor/Honors.
Retired Airforce/Navy/Army Officer`s (Warrant Officer/Senior Warrant Officer equivalent) are highly encouraged to apply.
Candidates must have skills in: Protocol, Security & Protection, Security management system.
Must have willing to work duty roster.
Supervise and manage the overall security operations at factory sites, offices & completed properties.
Inspect and evaluate security activities to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises, deter criminal activity, and check for security breaches or hazards.
Preventing and defecting offense on factory and monitor the CCTV camera systems.
Prepare duty rosters, shift management, and emergency response protocols.
Conduct site inspections, ensure perimeter control, access log, and visitor management.
Coordinate with factory admin team to ensure materials, machinery, and property are protected.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for visitors and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures; supervising the security guard force.
Arranging sudden visit with security team in order to check the employees if situation demands.
Maintain motivation and discipline of the security staff.
Report to factory Management or Admin Head for each & every incident/suspicious activity.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting superior as & when required.
