∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Power
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ For Security Guard / Supervisor
∎ To ensure overall security including maintenance work, assets and other belongings of the company.
∎ To check all outside persons and instruments or tools.
∎ To record the quantities of all types of external materials with the support of Supply Chain, Engineering & Maintenance and Administration departments.
∎ To inform the senior supervisor immediately if any problem occurred.
∎ To have knowledge about Fire Fighting equipment's, Walkie Talkie operation, CCTV operation.
∎ To prepare always to face and handle Emergency situation and handle it tactfully.
∎ To ensure proper safeguard of company's properties and assets.
∎ To ensure reporting daily activities to the concern department.
∎ To do any other task assigned by the Management time to time
∎ For Security In-Charge
∎ To be responsible for overseeing the entire Safety and Security.
∎ To develop/ update the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.
∎ To prevent and defect offense on site.
∎ To respond to all emergencies works as required.
∎ To ensure continuous patrolling & training to the security posts and around the office premises.
∎ To check all the registers those are being maintained in the security posts.
∎ To attend the important guests and ensure their protocol.
∎ To lead, appraise and train the security personnel.
∎ To produce necessary reports, records, and documents to the management from time to time.
∎ To maintain liaison with the different government entities like police in respect of security & safety.
∎ To use intelligence to provide early warning about any risk factors of the industries.
∎ To keep Management informed regarding the latest security-related matters and advice as demand necessary.
∎ To Maintain CTPAT Compliance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Height: Minimum 5.4", For Security Guard & Supervisor
∎ Minimum 5.6" For Security In-charge
∎ Minimum HSC for Security In-Charge
∎ Retired Army person will get preference for security in-charge

Salary: Negotiable
