Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ Master's in Education/ Social Science/ development studies or any other relevant subject

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, review and making strategy to help the project management operate smoothly and ensure quality.
∎ In addition, prepare/review need base report with the consultation of Project Manager
∎ Assess the needs of young people to correctly plan and deliver programmers related to areas such as health, fitness, smoking, drugs, gangs, violence, child abuse, child marriage, polygamy etc..
∎ Regularly monitor and review the quality of the local youth work provision.
∎ Run arts-based activities, community/environmental projects, residential activities, outdoor education and sporting activities.
∎ Support young people in different settings, including outreach work.
∎ Mentor, coach and support individuals, encouraging greater social inclusion
∎ Work in partnership with professionals from other organizations that support young people such as social care, health, police, education, youth offending teams and local authorities.
∎ Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings
∎ Attend regular training and development opportunities to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and local policy developments.
∎ Continuous communicating with other technical persons of the project for identifying and developing the needful materials.
∎ Ensure the effective and proper use of material
∎ Archiving the types of learning material used in EPRC,
∎ Ensuring proper monitoring, supervision and feedback, classroom observation, training materials develop, training follow-up.
∎ Revise and adapt existing accelerated learning curriculum and related materials, including designing, editing, revising, and use of materials for both teachers and students.
∎ Conduct material development workshop, training or relevant meeting .
∎ Develop new material for the project, new learning materials as needed, including instructional guides for teachers and workbooks for students.
∎ Oversee the technical aspects of materials production, especially printing, ensuring that all electronic files are made print ready and that printer has needed elements. Conduct review and editing of printing proofs .
∎ Promote collaboration and lead coordination amongst implementing partners, related sector as well as GoB department.
∎ Tasks as required in support of project goals

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience with youth education (adolescent group).
∎ Experience with Emergency context is highly desirable.
∎ Experienced with the curriculum and module/guideline development
∎ Excellent command in both Bangla and English (specially reading & writing is must)
∎ Fluency in Rohingya language (at least Chittagong dialect is highly desirable)
∎ Ability to work under high pressure maintaining tight datelines continuously
∎ Ability to conduct workshop/ training
∎ Excellent command on Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is must
∎ Workable knowledge of MS office Packages
∎ A strong commitment to young people and an understanding of the factors affecting their lives
∎ The ability to provide reliable support to young people and act with integrity in times of stress
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish good relationships with young people
∎ Patience, tolerance and flexibility
∎ Formal communication skills for presentations, report writing and funding applications
∎ The ability to treat young people's concerns with respect, tact and sensitivity, while being aware of the limits that are required by confidentiality and the boundaries that govern the youth/youth worker relationship

Salary: Tk. 74750 (Monthly)
