Additional Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an SEM Manager, PPC Manager, or similar digital marketing role.
  • In-depth, hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other major SEM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the domain name market, including advanced valuation techniques, strategic acquisition, and profitable monetisation/resale strategies across various industry verticals.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and analyse emerging business and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make sound business decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager to join our dynamic team in Chittagong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall SEM strategy. A unique and critical aspect of this role involves creating and overseeing a strategic workflow for the acquisition, management, and profitable resale of high-value web domains across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Domain Asset Management: Design, implement, and manage a complete, strategic workflow for identifying, acquiring, holding, and reselling high-value web domains for maximum profit. This includes conducting in-depth market research to spot emerging trends and identify domains with significant resale potential across diverse industries.
  • Business Trend Analysis: Proactively stay abreast of broader business trends, market shifts, and new technologies, leveraging this insight to inform both SEM strategies and domain acquisition/divestment decisions.
  • Keyword & Market Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve key metrics (CPA, ROI, CTR, etc.).
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the SEM budget effectively to achieve campaign goals and maximise return on investment.
