∎ Minimum BSc in Computer Science or proven work experience in relevant field will also be considered

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers;
∎ Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques;
∎ Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions;
∎ Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information;
∎ Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work;
∎ Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution;
∎ Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing;
∎ Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes;
∎ Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint;
∎ Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Scrum master
∎ 5+ years of experience working in software development
∎ Scrum Master certification from a well-known certifying body (PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM)
∎ Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (user stories, backlog refinement etc.)
∎ Working Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, Crystal etc.
∎ Deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies and the ability to practically apply those to different team needs
∎ Proven ability to train other team members on Agile principles, and help guide the team on proven battle-tested methods for achieving our Agile goals.
∎ Self-motivating, self-directing, and a great communicator (written and oral). You thrive in an environment that grants you a lot of autonomy to explore creative solutions.
∎ Excellent problem solving skills. Strong communication, presentation skills and Excellent people and project management skills.
