Responsibilities & Context:
Warehouse Team:
1. Working with warehouse team, organize and implement the work of receiving materials timely, ensure the materials received in good condition.
2. According to demand, arrange materials delivered timely, accurately, and ensure the safety of materials during transportation from warehouse.
3. Warehouse materials quality feedback reporting, separation of Not Good/Abnormal materials.
4. Maintain returned warehouse materials storage & documentations.
5. Conducting warehouse materials inventory timely & accurately.
6. Maintain documentation, build effective communications between warehouse & other departments.
Procurement Team:
1. Receiving requisition of material or service from the users and re-verifying requirements with the users and market.
2. Collecting quotations, market visits and actual price checking.
3. Issuing “Purchase order” to the selected supplier, Tracking delivery & payment process.
4. Strong vendor relationship management with monitoring and analyzing supplier performance.
