Educational Qualifications:
Master's Degree in any Discipline. MEd will be given preference.
Year of Experience:
4-5 years in teaching/education program.
Gender: Female & Mate. Female candidates will be given preference.
Mandatory Requirements:
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Experience in teaching/ school supervision.
Good understanding of educational pedagogy, assessment practices, Lesson planning etc.
Able to conduct classes in the English Language and support assistant teachers on the same.
Ability to work independently and Cultural diversity in a multicultural environment.
Familiarity with the English-Medium curriculum and its implementation.
Demonstrative ability to work with diverse and marginalized communities.

Position Title: School Supervisor-Secondary
Duration: 01 May 2026 to 30 June 2026. (Strong Possibility of Extension)
Job Location: Ukhiya/Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar.
Safeguarding & PSEA:
S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)'s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy.
Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
