Educational Qualifications:

Master's Degree in any Discipline. A bachelor’s Degree

is acceptable for female candidates with working experience in the education program of registered camps.

Year of Experience:

3-4 years in teaching/education program.

Gender: Female & Male. Female candidates will be given preference.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

• Experience in teaching/school supervision.

• Good understanding of educational pedagogy, assessment practices, lesson planning, etc.

• Able to conduct classes in the English language and support assistant teachers in the same.

• Familiarity with the English-Medium curriculum and its implementation

• Demonstrative ability to work with diverse and marginalized communities.

Position Title: School Supervisor-Primary

Duration: 01 May 2026 to 30 June 2026. (Strong Possibility of Extension)

Job Location: Ukhiya/Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar.

Safeguarding & PSEA:

• S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)'s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy.

• Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation.

• Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
