Responsibilities & Context: About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduling & Scanner Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day scheduling between clients and field scanners, supporting the onboarding and evaluation of new scanners, and actively contributing to the adoption and implementation of a new administrative software system.
This is a dynamic position that blends client coordination, operational logistics, and light technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily order scheduling between clients and assigned field scanners
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and scanning personnel
- Onboard and train new scanners, ensuring they meet operational and quality standards
- Evaluate scanner performance and provide feedback or escalation where needed
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming orders
- Monitor and track scanner availability, coverage, and performance metrics
- Play a key role in implementing and adapting to a new scanner administration software
- Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency
