Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in architectural visualization, project management, or QC roles.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and materials.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of visual quality and design intent.
• Familiarity with 3D visualization tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, and Photoshop is a plus.

Position Overview

Vcube is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager to oversee day-to-day client communication, project coordination, and quality control for 3D visualization projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture with deep understanding of architectural drawings, design details, and construction documentation. This position acts as the vital bridge between clients and our 3D production team—ensuring that every rendered image and 3D output accurately reflects the architectural intent and meets the highest visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the 3D production team.
• Interpret and review architectural drawings, blueprints, and project documentation to ensure complete understanding of project requirements.
• Manage day-to-day production workflow, scheduling, and project delivery timelines.
• Communicate client feedback and clarifications clearly to the production team.
• Conduct quality control (QC) reviews of 3D models and renders to ensure accuracy with design intent and drawings.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve discrepancies or unclear details in drawings or specifications.
• Track project progress, manage revisions, and maintain approval documentation.
• Ensure all 3D deliverables meet quality benchmarks for architectural accuracy, lighting, materials, and realism.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions to represent Vcube professionally.
