Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Implementing strategic direction of the company, including customer development & management, and sales strategy.
∎ Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
∎ Profit and Loss responsibilities to define annual budget, quarterly targets and ensure timely delivery
∎ Recommend product pricing & pricing policy based on established objective
∎ process
∎ Support business development, with a strategic focus to drive margins
∎ Lead and manage Business services sales team (Corporate & Retail) to ensure increased revenue & customer satisfaction
∎ Develop and monitor targets for Business Services manager and senior sales manager
∎ Analyze procedures and develop new methods for increasing services quality.
∎ Ensure attraction, retention and skill development of team to create a high performing talent pool
