Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Must have good knowledge on Lingerie
∎ 2. Have to balance line according to present operator and process
∎ 3.To set every day per hour production target and take necessary action to achieve the target
∎ 4. to control everyday's inline and quality defect
∎ 5. To inform the mechanic on duty and solve the problem if any defect arises in sewing machine
∎ 6. To inform operators to complete production according to plan
∎ 7. Have to conduct training to improve technical skill of the operator
