∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Buying House, Factory operations, Garments, Woven Garments Factory Production Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to know pattern and working on Lectra
∎ Need to be technical sound on sewing process
∎ Sound knowledge on pattern making, adjustment by manually & Lectra Software.
∎ Sound knowledge on dummy fitting for all types of denim products and non-denim woven.
∎ Skills on assembly & sewing operation.
∎ Good knowledge of fabric, wash & trims.
∎ Can read & speak English.
∎ Able to mail correspondence & operate Microsoft office program independently.
∎ Able to handle all samples staff properly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s):
∎ Sound knowledge on pattern manual & Lectra Software, fitting, adjustment, assembly, sewing, wash & trims.
∎ Excellent knowledge of woven fashion style's.
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent team playing attitude with pleasant personality.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English MUST.
∎ Self-motivated, self- organized and responsible.
∎ Able to forecast/identify problems and find quick solutions.
∎ Good in Microsoft Office & Outlook.

Salary: Negotiable
