∎ The candidate must be technically high-sounding in all kinds of Sample development and approval work & self-driven.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate shall be responsible for leading our Sample section with the highest level of efficiency and dedication.
∎ The candidate shall ensure that all team members of the sample section perform their duties and responsibilities most efficiently, as per their JD & management-approved work plan.
∎ The candidate shall ensure proper execution of Sample- development related all work as per Buyer's requirements, Industry/ Business trends & Management Guidelines.
∎ Ensure that sample development programs of sample section run efficiently, with proper plan & as per buyer’s requirement.
∎ Ensure that all samples meet quality standards (including styling, measurements, fittings etc.) & pass at the time of first submission.
∎ Simplify the processes of samples & develop production friendly samples.
∎ The candidate shall work maintaining necessary liaison, coordination & cooperation with all stakeholders.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to the merchandising and production teams as required.
∎ Address and resolve any issues related to sample production and approval on priority basis.
∎ To introduce & implement Sample-related new techniques/ plans/ ideas whenever current plans/ ideas/ techniques do not work well.
∎ To meet the deadline (if any) set by Management/ Buyers.Carefully manage mail correspondence at all times. If need take support from Merchandising team.
∎ Ensure transparency, accountability, automation, and proper documentation in Sample Section.
∎ Individuals need to be up to date with the latest practices & innovations.
∎ Develop technical & management know-how of the employee work in sample section by training as required.
∎ Report to Management properly on the basis of KPI & proceed further as per Management guidelines.
∎ To perform any other task(s) as and when assigned by Management.
