∎ SSC/HSC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have knowledge about jacket sample making.
∎ Sample making self-confident required after read Tech pack & buyer comments.
∎ Ability to check Pattern, Cut panels, Quality as per Buyer Technical sheet.
∎ General knowledge about Technical, Quality & Production.
∎ Able to operate new technology sewing machine.
∎ Planning and organizing all Sample schedules
∎ Establishing & maintaining operational guidelines, procedure & practice
∎ He has to take the necessary steps initiative to achieve daily & monthly planning target
∎ Supervising pattern correction
∎ Supervising the work of junior staff & operators.
∎ Ensuring cost reduction by reducing all kind of process loss & wastage like rejection
∎ On-time sample making
∎ Determining quality control standards
∎ Organizing relevant training sessions.
∎ Responsible for Sample quality, construction & measurement.
∎ Carrying out any other jobs assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 to 5 year(s) experience in Jacket factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Computer skill * Woven Jacket pattern, woven Jacket factory.
∎ Should have experience to make Best Quality Jacket Sample
∎ Able to do work under pressure.
