Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge on pattern & Lectra
∎ Good knowledge of all types of denim products and non-denim woven.
∎ Technically well sound of production & quality.
∎ Good knowledge on product presentation and wash.
∎ Can read & speak English
∎ Sound knowledge of computer & excel.
∎ Can manage a team of 30 operators.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
∎ Excellent team playing attitude with pleasant personality
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English MUST.
∎ Self-motivated, self-organized and responsible.
∎ Able to forecast/ identify problems and find quick solutions
∎ Good in Excel/ Word & Outlook.
∎ Sound knowledge on pattern & Lectra.
∎ Good knowledge of all types of denim products and non-denim woven
