Responsibilities & Context:

If you have a passion for supporting sales efforts and engaging with sellers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:Sales Representative Support: Conduct follow-ups with high-performing promotors to monitor progress and provide assistance.Sales Representative Title Reward Program: Oversee the notification process, reward delivery, and announcements for the Sales Representative Title Reward Program across the business team.Sales Case Generation: Create and share sales cases from top-performing sales representatives to help improve overall team performance.Market Surveys: Conduct market surveys and share valuable sales tips and techniques with high-end sellers to enhance their effectiveness.Training Support: Collaborate with the product training team to develop competitor analyses, maintain a competitor database, and conduct phone surveys and exams.Engagement Activities: Organize activities to engage both high- and low-end sellers, encouraging increased participation in sales efforts.
