∎ Minimum Graduate in Business/ Accounting/ Finance / Marketing from a reputed Public/ Private University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a sales team member of minimum 8 persons towards achievement of the organizational goal
∎ Ability to guide and motivate existing sales team under his area
∎ Supervise sales operation of assigned Sales Team
∎ Implement strategies of sales product or services
∎ Build new customer base to maximize sales
∎ Retain existing customers by providing promote customer services
∎ Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents
∎ Analyze competitor's activities and set strategies to face competition
∎ To develop business & market
∎ Any other day to day activities as assigned by the authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6 years working experience in similar position in any reputed Tea/ Coffee related company
∎ Should have ability to drive motorcycle and having valid driving license
∎ Physical strength & willingness for continuous market visit
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Strong team spirit and common sense
∎ Self-confident and presentable
∎ Proactive & self-organized with strong enthusiasm and commitment towards establishing a long team career
∎ Commitment to promote organizational values
