∎ Observe market scenario and competitor's activities
∎ Conduct market intelligence, survey and report
∎ Analyze scopes and opportunities of new business
∎ Conduct qualitative, quantitative research and conduct feasibility studies
∎ Carry out all duties assigned by the authority
