Job Responsibilities:
∎ For the Post of Sales Supervisor, Applicants should have proper Knowledge on Sales, Marketing & Man Power Controlling.
∎ Managing & Monitoring Sales Team, Compiling Sales Reports, Resolving Customer Complaints until resolution.
∎ Maintain Daily reports and monitoring field staff daily activities.
∎ To plan & ensure achievement of monthly Sales Target & Collection Target.
∎ Developing and maintaining strong relationship with different types of customers, Contractors, Real Estate Developers.
∎ Monitor periodic credit reviews.
∎ Initiating legal or other recovery actions against customers,
∎ Make action plan for recovery strategy.
∎ To conduct competitors analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor moves to
∎ achieve market share metrics.
∎ To ensure the expansion of market associating & developing channel partners, ensuring
∎ maximum visibility/ coverage in the market.
∎ Will be Accountable for managing trade network and ensuring expansion of retailers in all the
∎ regions
∎ Implement all promotional activities (Mason Meets / Wall paintings/ Engineer meets ) as listed out in the KPPs.
∎ Maintain call tracker and after visit reports of markets.
∎ Extend necessary support in Branding / Promotional Activities
∎ Provide timely & structured feedback from trade, customers & competitors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales, Marketing, Business Development.
∎ Very strong approach to systems, processes & standard operation procedures.
∎ Good in both verbal and written communication with proficiency in computer applications.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
∎ A proven Sales Professional having hands on Expertise in controlling field force for achieving their targets.
