Brief Description:

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Sales & Service Engineer with proven experience in industrial Air Compressors (Screw, Piston, Oil-free, etc.). The ideal candidate will handle both technical sales and after-sales service, possessing solid knowledge of air compressor machinery, spare parts, troubleshooting, and maintenance. A passion for delivering customer-focused technical solutions across the country is highly required.

Workplace: Work at Office & Field (Client Sites)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential industrial clients (Textile, Garments, Pharmaceuticals, Power Plants, etc.) requiring Air Compressor solutions.
  • Execute active sales activities for new Air Compressors, turnkey projects, and genuine spare parts to achieve sales targets.
  • Perform installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, and emergency troubleshooting of Air Compressors at client sites.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication, timely after-sales service, and technical support.
  •  Prepare sales reports, service reports, maintenance logs, and forecasts within internal systems.
  • Identify aftermarket opportunities (AMC - Annual Maintenance Contracts, overhauling, and spare parts sales) to maximize revenue.
