∎ Must have Graduate/Diploma/HSC in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out effective & Efficient Reservation, Ticketing, Visa& Sales functions through Creative Products and Marketing Policy Implementation.
∎ Update higher management on the target meet up to Reservation, Ticketing, Visa& Sales.
∎ Professionally develop client relationships with related entities of interest.
∎ Exercise Tele Sales & Customer Survey while handlings related customer complaints.
∎ Reply Email within 15 minutes issue/reissue/refund.
∎ Attend training.
∎ Update CRM.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Should have at least 2-4 years of relevant experience in any reputed Travel Agency/GSA.
∎ Sound knowledge about Issue Ticket and Hotel/Package or both.
∎ Should have knowledge at least one GDS (Abacus/Galileo/Amadeus).
∎ Computer literacy & fluency in English is desirable.
∎ Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
