∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing, Retail Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Tobacco, Telecommunication, Retail Store, Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a point of contact for existing retail shops.
∎ Monitor coverage activity with distributor and ensure
∎ brand visibility, products & availability.
∎ Provide product & service knowledge to prospective retail shops.
∎ Make daily field visits for sales & supervision to retain existing business, increase volume pursue new business.
∎ Maintain relationships with retailers and distributors by providing information support & guidance.
∎ Daily, weekly & monthly reports need to be prepared and shared regularly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Basic knowledge in internet connectivity
∎ Internet configuration in mobile/PC/ laptop
∎ Basic knowledge of WIFI signals
∎ Basic network diagnosis
∎ Knowledge about different WIFI router / Apps

Salary: Tk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Mobile Allowance: 1,000/-
∎ Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance: 4,000/-
∎ Sales Incentive (70% to 99% achievement = 5,000/- and 100% achievement = 10,000/-)
